As a full commission salon, it allows cohesion and consistency. We look forward to building and creating leaders that allow for transition, mentorship, and growth.
Our team consists of artists with a voice and a vision, we are privileged to provide a physical space for them to execute. We don’t expect our artist to come in and just serve clients everyday but to take advantage of growth in many other avenues within the beauty industry.
We encourage our team to take on platform and freelance work, become educators and mentors, accept contracted work etc. The beauty industry is in high demand for strong leaders in texture and we are here to meet that demand head on.
