Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are required for all appointments and are applied toward your final service cost.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment to qualify for deposit retention or refund, as applicable.
Changes made less than 72 hours before your appointment result in deposit forfeiture. Deposits are not refundable or transferable.
Consultations
Consultations are required for extension and chemical
services, including relaxers and color. Consultation fees
are separate and are not applied toward service costs.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond
15 minutes require stylist and management approval.
Please call the salon if you anticipate being late.
Salon Policies
Additional guests and children are not permitted unless receiving services or approved by management.
Please keep phone calls and conversations at a considerate volume. Outside food is permitted only in reception, waiting, and drying areas.
Drug and alcohol use is prohibited on salon premises. Arriving under the influence may result in service cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
Accepted Payments
Cash, major debit and credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
Checks are not accepted.
